GENERAL
Tenants can promote their store through social media, seasonal email campaigns, or digital displays (if applicable).

Yes. In-store events and promotions do not require approval, but events in common areas must be submitted and approved. Approval ensures compliance with mall policies and proper coordination.
Yes, tenants can participate in mall run events, by having a booth, doing a demonstration, holding a fashion show, providing coupons and more!

MARKETING
For non-emergency maintenance, submit a request through the Tentant Portal. For urgent issues (e.g., plumbing leaks, electrical failures), contact your local Mall Manager. Submit a Non-Emergency Request
Standard mall hours can be found on your mall website, with extended hours during holidays.
The mall contracts with a third-party security provider. Report any incidents to Mall Security immediately. In case of emergencies, call 911 first, then notify Mall Management.
Notify Mall Management or Mall Security as soon as possible. Unauthorized closures may result in penalties, except in cases of emergency.
Tenants must comply with music licensing laws (e.g., ASCAP, BMI) and maintain acceptable volume levels. Excessive noise complaints may result in warnings or fines.
OPERATIONS
Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted before opening and renewed annually. It must meet the minimum coverage requirements stated in your lease. Submit or Update your COI
Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. You can pay via check, ACH transfer, or automated payments via the Tenant Portal (if available).
Contact the Accounting Department for payment details. Late fees may apply if payment is not received by the due date.
ACCOUNTING
All signage and remodeling must be pre-approved by Mall Management. Submit a request with design plans for review before making any changes. Unauthorized modifications may result in a fine or required removal.
For lease-related inquiries, contact your Leasing Agent. They can assist with renewals, expansions, and any amendments to your lease agreement.
